Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders processed on the business day that they are received.

All orders received by 4:30 pm EST are shipped that day if in stock.
- Some items ship directly from our distribution partners for faster delivery.
- Special-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods
- We use trusted carrier, UPS, and provide flat rate shipping for most orders.
- Expedited shipping is available upon request.
- We offer free shipping over on orders over $200.
- Oversized items are subject to an additional shipping cost.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Oversized items may require freight shipping.
Backorders
If an item is backordered, we will notify you of the estimated lead time. You may wait,
replace the item, or request a cancellation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We will
assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee replacement for stolen packages.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos
and packaging
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return guidelines below:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30
days of delivery. - Items must be new, unopened, and unused in original packaging.
- Electronics must not be registered, installed, mounted, or activated.
- Installed, used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.
- Special-order or clearance items may be non-returnable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Software, charts, and downloadable content
- Installed or previously wired electronics
- Batteries, electrical components, and cut wire
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
Restocking Fees
A 10–20% restocking fee may apply depending on the brand and the condition of the return. Fees are determined by the distributor/manufacturer.
Return Shipping
We will provide the customer with a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
